Welcome to Kindi, an AI character chat application provided by our team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Kindi app ("the App"), you ("user", "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this User Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

2. App Features

Kindi allows users to:

• Chat with AI characters that each have unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories.

• Choose specific topics of interest (such as hobbies, personality, or questions) and receive recommended characters based on your input.

All AI responses are generated and do not represent real individuals. The App is intended for entertainment and exploration purposes only.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• Harass, exploit, or attempt to manipulate AI characters in inappropriate ways.

• Upload or transmit content that is obscene, hateful, or violates any third-party rights.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the functioning of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including character designs, dialogue systems, branding, and interface elements, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in that policy.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

8. Modifications

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
